Approximately 1 million visitors use Nene Park every year.
To ensure that every visitor has a safe and enjoyable time
and to protect the special interests of the site, we would
appreciate the help and cooperation of all visitors.
Rangers and other staff will be pleased to help you and
to answer any questions you may have. Please follow their
advice. In an emergency outside office hours the duty Ranger
can be contacted on 07860 308081.

For your own and others safe and enjoyable use of the
countryside, please follow the Countryside Code. Please

Be safe - plan ahead and follow any signs Leave gates and
property as you find them Protect plants and animals and

Cycling

Only ride on the designated routes.

Please be
aware of other Park users, especially walkers and
horse-riders and adjust yours speed accordingly.

We advise the wearing of safety helmets at
all times.

Please do not ride your bike on the pavements
around the Visitor Centre.

Use a bell to warn other Park
users of your approach especially when approaching from
behind.
Dog Walkers

Please keep your dog under close control at
all times.

Please clean up after your dog and use the dog
bins provided.

Do not leave your dog unattended in a
vehicle on hot days.

Please be aware that allowing your
dog to be out of control in a field containing livestock is
an offence.
