Prices and Bookings
Day visit prices for 2011 are set at £4.00 per student with a minimum group fee of £105.00. This fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the Discovery Den education centre
for the duration of your visit.
- All activities led by a fully trained member of Nene Park Trust
staff.
- All materials and equipment.
- Free places for accompanying adults.
- Support before and after your visit to help integrate the work
done on your visit
with studies back at school.
When you book you will be contacted by our Education Officer who will liaise with you before your visit to offer advice on appropriate activities for your group and ensure that teaching received on the day builds on what your pupils have learned at school, without repeating material that has already been covered.
By not booking more than one group at a time we are able to ensure that your group benefits from exclusive use of the Discovery Den education centre during your visit. Keeping visitor numbers low also ensures that your pupils have the best possible opportunity for observing the wildlife of Nene Park.
We welcome advance visits from teachers and will be happy to arrange a free site visit and opportunity to meet with our Education Officer to anyone interested in booking a visit for their school group.
