Win a class visit to Ferry Meadows!
We are really proud of our education service at Ferry Meadows and we think you will love it too, so to help convince you to book a visit we are offering a free day course for one lucky class.
The winning teacher will be able to select any one of the standard day courses featured on our website and will be able to bring up to 36 pupils to take part in the activities all of which will be led by a fully qualified member of Nene Park Trust staff. All you have to do to enter is to get in touch by post or e-mail and provide the following information:
■ Your Name
■ Your email address or telephone number
■ The name of the school you teach
at
■ The age group of the pupils you teach
■ Topics you would be interested in studying
during a visit to Ferry Meadows.
The address to send entries to is: Schools Competition, Nene Park Trust, Ham Farm House, Ham Lane, Peterborough, PE2 5UU or email to: anna.thompson@neneparktrust.org.uk with the words "Schools Competition" in the subject line.
The closing date for entries is Friday 8th April. All entries received by this date will be entered into a prize draw and the winning entrant will be contacted at the start of the summer term.
Terms and Conditions
- Only one entry will be accepted per person.
- Entries will only be accepted from teachers currently employed to work in a school delivering education to pupils working within the ranges of National Curriculum key stages 1-4 or equivalent.
- The winning entrant will be notified at the start of the summer term 2012. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.
- The prize includes the cost of a standard day visit to Ferry Meadows with teaching and all resources and equipment for up to 36 pupils. It does not include the cost of travel to and from Ferry Meadows or any food and drink.
- The prize visit must be booked to take place in the academic year 2012-2013 and will be subject to the availability of suitable dates.
- The prize visit will be subject to the usual terms and conditions for an education visit.
- Details of all entrants will be kept on record and may be used on occasion to send information about our services.
- Details of entrants will not be shared with any other individual or organisation not employed by Nene Park Trust.
